- It's 1 tsp of Brown Sugar.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Balsamic Vinegar.
- Prepare 1 tsp of plain flour.
- You need 1 cup of Breadcrumbs.
- Prepare 1 pinch of Salt.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Black Pepper.
- You need 2 of Egg Whites.
- You need 2 tsp of Golden Linseed for a crunchy coating (optional).

- Add the soya sauce to the bowl.
- Add the brown sugar and mix.
- Add the balsamic vinegar and mix again.
- Add the flour and mix, then add the chicken and toss until all chicken is covered. Let it marinate for 1 hr.
